Passing Regulations (RSMO 304.016)
1. Shall only pass to the left at a safe distance and shall not get in front of the overtaken vehicle until safely clear of the overtaken vehicle.
2. The driver of a vehicle being passed shall make way to the overtaking vehicle and not increase speed until the overtaking vehicle has completely passed.
3. You may pass to the right when:
- The vehicle in front is making or about to make a left turn.
- A city street with unobstructed pavement of sufficient width for two or more lines of vehicles in each direction.
- On a one way street.
-A ny highway outside of a city with unobstructed pavement of sufficient width and clearly marked for four or more lines of traffic.
